The appearance of the house from the outside, with its distinct solid volumes set amidst a transparent recessed backdrop, reflects the spatial program with the former representing the private spaces while the latter serves as public areas. The rear of the house faces onto an open golf course, whereby the entire house is oriented towards.

The in-between spaces left among the said volumes; at ground, first and second floor houses the common areas.
Elements within these spaces are deliberately designed as lightweight structures; i.e steel bridges, open staircase, platforms and ladder shelves. They are perceived as temporary elements that are erected within these spaces to serve their functions.
